Before sending us your mobile phone, please read our terms and conditions.

1. Your old mobile phone will be valued on the scale of £35, £20, £10 and £0 pounds and may be subject to change. A qualifying list is available on www.money4urmobile.com/somerfield.

2. Mobile phones must be in working order. Money4urMobile shall determine whether a mobile phone is working upon receipt of the mobile phone.

3. To qualify for voucher payment, participants must return a recyclable handset that appears on the qualifying list, available on www.money4urmobile.com/somerfield.

3.1 A recyclable handset is one which is in good working condition:

• Can power up
• Retain a charge
• Has an intact screen
• Has little or no cosmetic damage
• Has no water damage

4. Vouchers payments will be made payable to the participant as stated on the entry form. The promoter will not be held responsible for any error by the participant.

5. Voucher payments will be issued within 30 days of the promoter receiving a qualifying handset, as long as the relevant contact details (name, address, etc) are provided.

6. If your phone is received without complete details , the value of the mobile phone will be donated to charity.

7. Money4urMobile will not be responsible for mobile phones lost, missing or stolen during transit. Mobile phones that are missing will only be credited if a valid proof of postage can be provided.

8. The offer is limited to three mobile phones per household in any 12 months period.

9. Mobile phones and accessories cannot be returned once received.

10. Any SIM cards received by Money4urMobile will be destroyed and phone memory cleaned where possible.

11. Money4urMobile may in its sole discretion refuse to accept old mobile phones. Details of mobile phones that are suspected through our records of being stolen may be referred to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.

12. Dealers and stockists are excluded from this offer

13. Information provided shall be used by Money4urMobile in order to process the order and despatch vouchers. All data shall be processed in accordance with the data protection act.

14. Somerfield staff and families are welcome to participate with this recycling initiative.

15. Your current mobile phone number must be included on the envelope. We will use this to text you if there is a problem with your order. Money4urMobile will not pass your details to any third parties.
